Ladycross Infant and Nursery School

We work in partnership with families at every stage to ensure a smooth transition into nursery life.

All 3- and 4-year-olds can access 15 hours of free early education per week, and working families may qualify for 30 hours if they meet government criteria.

Funding helps provide high-quality learning, experienced staff, and a safe, nurturing environment. Eligibility needs to be reconfirmed every three months to ensure continued access to funded sessions.

Important Notice

Parents and carers are responsible for reconfirming their 30‑hour childcare eligibility code every three months with HMRC.

If you do not reconfirm your eligibility code on time and the nursery is unable to claim funding for your child’s place, you will be required to pay the full cost of the childcare sessions attended for the period that funding is not received.

Fees will be charged in line with the nursery’s session rates and must be paid in accordance with the nursery’s payment terms.

Once funding is successfully reinstated, charges cannot be refunded for any period where funding was not received.
